New Features 🚀

• Change Notification Messaging — Send internal and external messages directly within a Change Notification, without leaving the Change Notification Details page. Includes @mentions, file attachments, and a combined activity and messages feed, following the same pattern as COR and T&M messaging. See Change Notifications Messaging.
• Work in Place (WIP) Reporting — WIP % Complete reporting now extends to received CORs in Contractor Insights and Company Analytics, with cost-code-specific breakdowns. Edit cost codes at the line-item level individually or in bulk, and export any WIP Report view to PDF or Excel. See Work in Place (WIP) Reporting.
• Waived Stage for Voided CORs — When you waive a COR as a goodwill gesture, set its stage to Waived instead of Void so it's tracked and easy to reference later. Available on both Sent and Received logs. See How to Change the Status of a COR in the COR Log.
• Move CORs Between Projects — Move a COR to a different project directly, supporting project cleanup and corrections without a support ticket. See Move a COR to Another Project.
• Procore Single Project Import — Create a Clearstory project directly from a single Procore project through a guided four-step wizard that imports and links the project's vendors and contracts in one pass. See How to Import Projects from Procore.
• Procore Bulk Contract Import — Multi-select Procore commitments and create many Clearstory contracts in one action from My Contractor Users on an already-mapped project. See How to Import Projects from Procore.
• Procore Prime PCO & Commitment CO Status Sync (Beta) — When a Clearstory COR is linked to a Procore Prime PCO or Commitment CO, its status now stays in sync from Procore and appears as a new COR Log column.
• Foundation Integration (Beta) — A new direct integration between Clearstory and Foundation Software, covering office and job linking, project mapping, field mappings, and pushing CORs to Foundation as Job Change Orders.

Enhancements ✨

• COR Reasons Export — PDF, XLSX, and CSV export is now available on COR Reason Category reports, with a summary sheet and a detail sheet of the underlying CORs. See Categorize Change Order Requests by Reason.
• Allowance Log Updated Export — The Allowance Log export now includes legacy allowance draw and amount remaining. See Navigating the Allowance Log.
• Analytics Archived Project Filter — The "Include Archived Projects" checkbox in analytics filter bars now also shows archived projects in company-level reporting. See Overview Dashboard and Historical Ball-in-Court Reporting.
• Divisions Filter — A Division multi-select filter has been added to company-level analytics reports for accounts with Company Divisions enabled. See Overview Dashboard, Roll-Up Reporting, How to Report on Days Aging for Your Change Order Requests, and Historical Ball-in-Court Reporting.
• Agent Form Attachments — AI chat agents can now read files already attached to a form, and can attach files from the chat directly onto the form.
• T&M Collect Signatures Workflow Selector — The signature workflow selector now sits outside the Edit button in the Collect Signatures flow, so you can select and apply a workflow directly, with Edit reserved for modifying it.
• Add Received COR from Detailed COR Form — Upload a contractor COR directly from the detailed Create COR flow, then return to Select Received COR with it ready to link. See Upload a Change Order Request for Your Contractor.
• File Picker Without Procore Project Mapping — The in-house file picker no longer requires Procore enablement or a mapped Procore project.
• Unlink Integration — Unlink a COR or Change Notification from its integrated system directly from the 3-dot menu.
• New Clearstory API Enhancements — The Clearstory Web API adds a paginated endpoint for projects with assigned users, verified incremental-sync parameters across collection endpoints, and draft Change Notification creation. See API Docs.
