New Features 🚀
- Viewpoint Spectrum Integration (Beta) — A new direct integration between Clearstory and Viewpoint Spectrum. It covers configuration, project linking, job-specific phase and cost type values, and pushing CORs to Spectrum as Change Requests. Available to select customers on request.
- Foundation Integration (Beta) — A new direct integration between Clearstory and Foundation Software, covering office and job linking, project mapping, field mappings, and pushing CORs to Foundation as Job Change Orders. Available to select customers on request.
- Procore Status Sync (Beta) — When a Clearstory COR is linked to a Procore Change Event, Prime PCO, or Commitment CO, its status stays in sync from Procore and appears as a column in the COR Log. To turn it on, update the Clearstory app in Procore. See Procore Status Sync (Beta) and Update Your Clearstory App in Procore.
- Restore Deleted CORs, T&M Tags, and Change Notifications — Restore deleted CORs, T&M Tags, and Change Notifications at the project level.
- Cost Codes (Beta) — Keep a company-wide list of cost codes, pull them onto each project, and assign cost codes to COR line items and markups as you price. Cost codes are visible only to your company.
- T&M Pending Cost (Beta) — A new report that estimates the value of each T&M using your saved rates and markups, and shows the amount already on CORs and the rates behind it.
Enhancements ✨
- Sage Intacct: Quantity and Unit Cost on Line Items — Labor line items now push quantity (hours) and unit cost to Sage Intacct change requests, not just the extended total. See Sage Intacct Integration.
- Vista Field Mapping Updates — The Clearstory COR date now maps to the Vista PCO “Date Created” field, and labor hours push to the PCO “EST Hours” field. See Vista Integration.
- Link to Change Notification from the COR Log — Link a COR to a Change Notification directly from the COR Log 3-dot menu. The list of Change Notifications is filtered based on the COR, and indicators show which are already linked.
- Add Received COR from Detailed COR Form — Upload a contractor COR directly from the detailed Create COR flow, then return to Select Received COR with it ready to link. See Upload a Change Order Request for Your Contractor.
- Track WIP on Draft CORs — A new office setting adds a Percent Complete column to draft detailed CORs for Labor, Materials, Equipment, Other, and Subcontractor lines. Draft CORs can also be included in WIP reporting when Draft is selected. See Work in Place (WIP) Reporting.
- Rollup Report: Sent and Received COR WIP Metrics — Two new configurable metrics count sent and received CORs with WIP over a threshold you set. Each project gets a health status (Healthy, At Risk, Needs Attention) and a link to its WIP Report. See Roll-Up Reporting.
- Contract Number — Add contract numbers so contracts can be identified consistently across workflows and reporting.
- Office PDF Naming Overrides — Account Owners and Admins can rename the T&M Tag PDF header and the COR Subcontractors table label from Office Settings. Custom labels apply to generated PDFs for all projects in the office.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- Sage Intacct Projects for Parent Company Mapping — Fixed Sage Intacct returning no projects when a parent company was mapped.
- Procore File Picker Submittals and RFIs — Fixed the Procore file picker not pulling in Submittals or RFIs.
- COR Pricing Agent Markup Sections — Fixed the COR Pricing Agent entering markup in the wrong markup section.
