February 2025 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of February.

2025.02.14 Update

  • We've improved the Upload Change Order Request experience with a refreshed interface, targeted error alerts, and faster performance.

2025.02.07 Update 

Enhancements ✨

  • We’ve introduced the Rollup Report, a new feature on the Analytics Page that provides a comprehensive summary of health metrics across all your projects in one place. 
    • To support this feature, we’ve added Rollup Report Settings under Advanced Settings in Clearstory. Here, users can customize their Rollup Report and create Distribution Lists to schedule and automatically send reports to their team.

  • We've also introduced an improved Lump Sum Change Order Request experience.  Our new experience includes an updated user interface as well as:
    • Targeted error alerts that tell you the specific issues for quick resolution
    • Expandable Description and Email Message fields for easier viewing and editing of your input
    • Optimized performance for faster load times and a smoother, more responsive experience

2025.02.27 Update

Enhancements ✨

  • COR status update emails now include the customer's or contractor's company and contract name for clarity.
  • The Integrations page is now only accessible to Professional License holders.
  • The Company Rate Groups page is now only accessible to Standard and Professional License holders.
  • We are now able to gather metrics on user activity in the Procore Change Event list. 
  • The Analytics pages are now only accessible to Standard and Professional License holders.
  • The method for calculating Change Notification metrics on the Rollup Report has been updated.

Bug Fixes 

  • Deleting draft change notifications no longer sends emails to contractors.
  • Clearing a contractor response now shows a spinner, so users know the system is processing.
  • We fixed a bug around the SL flow in the Vista integration.
