October 2024 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of October

This month, we focused on improving user management capabilities to better support customers who need to analyze and manage their Clearstory users more efficiently, especially those managing multiple project licenses.
We also improved the efficiency and transparency of pushing Change Order Requests (CORs) from Clearstory into CMiC PCIs, reducing manual effort and making it easier to track who is responsible for actions taken between Clearstory and CMiC.

When hovering over a CMiC PCI number in the COR Log, the name of the Clearstory user who pushed the COR into the PCI is now displayed.
When pushing a COR into a CMiC PCI, the "Contract" options are now filtered or pre-populated based on the selected "Vendor." Similarly, the "Category" options are filtered or pre-populated based on the selected "Cost Code."

An issue where only one page of users was exported has been resolved. The export now includes all users according to the filters applied.
Long Contract and Company Names were previously cut off in the “My Contractor Users” table. While customizable column widths are not available, text wrapping has been added to ensure full visibility of names.
An issue where internal notes were not displayed in previous versions of a COR has been fixed. These notes are now visible in the left panel on the COR review page when viewing past versions.

Default COR rates for Tax and Markup are no longer created when a new company is created.

Fixed an issue where filtering by office on the Projects page was not correctly reflected in the exported data.
Resolved an issue with the “Change Notification - No Cost Impact” email where the “View in Clearstory” button was not visible.
Fixed an issue where the CMIC PCI filter was not updating properly.
Fixed an issue where the user count in the pagination on the Manage Users page did not update correctly when filters were applied.
