The Clearstory Mobile App is available offline if internet connection is unavailable.
The Offline Mode works best when Mobile App is loaded before loss of signal
Features that are available while offline:
- Create T&M Tags
- View T&M Log
- View COR Log
- Update T&M Tags
Features that are not available while offline:
- Selecting PlanGrid tasks
- Create a project
- Search or filter logs
- Submit T&M Tags
- Request signatures
The app refreshes every 15 minutes. Once the app finds a network connect - the app will return online.
