Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of May

We’ve enhanced the way we communicate product licensing in the app. Users can now view their current license type from their profile dropdown and on the company information page.
Users can now choose to hide the Clearstory COR Template on the Create COR form, offering enhanced customization and control over the COR creation process.

Column headers on the Change Notification Details table are now pinned as you scroll down the list of contracts, improving data context and usability.
Filters on the Time Card T&M Log retain their state. You can now navigate away from the log and return to the same view you had when you left.

CORs or Backcharges uploaded on behalf of contractors who have not accepted their project invite are now properly displayed in the Share Link.
The Customer Reference Number filter now correctly lists Ref #s of Upload Contractor CORs and Backcharges, even when the contract has not accepted the project invite.
Standard rate items no longer overwrite existing LMEO items when editing a draft T&M Tag, preserving intended data entries.
Resolved an issue that prevented office options from displaying in the Office filter.

We updated our sign-up process to allow users to resend their verification email if they do not receive it.
Users can now assign a subcontract when pushing a Change Order Request to Vista.

Made improvements to creating a Procore Change Event from Clearstory. Users no longer run into an error when selecting status, scope, type or change reason before the form has finished loading.
Contractor name now correctly displays “pending invite” on contracts that have not yet accepted a project invite.
Active Project’s Time Card T&M Items now remain visible in the Time Card T&M items log after a project is archived.
If a business name is being used for an office and a user in that office creates a project, the “Created By” column now shows the office’s business name.
A single HCSS Business Unit can now be linked to multiple Clearstory Offices.

Removed Enter/Return as a hotkey for Preview & Send on the Create COR form.
Using special characters in Customer Reference Numbers no longer prevents the "VIEW" module on the Contractor Insights Customer Ref # Report from opening.
