June 2026 Release Notes

Here is an overview of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of June.

🚀 New Features

  • Allowances Redesign (July 2, 2026) — The Allowances experience has been rebuilt from the ground up. The create and edit flow now uses explicit selections instead of tab-based logic, and the log and detail views feature customizable, reorderable columns, a timeline view, and tracking of original vs. current amounts. Allowances can now go negative to reflect overdrawn scenarios, draws can be credited back, and planned future draws can be flagged as "forecasted" for visibility into upcoming activity. Learn more.
  • Change Notifications Update — The Change Notifications page has been redesigned with a modernized interface across both the log and detail views, improving navigation and usability.
  • Integrations Management — A new centralized Integrations Management page lets you configure and manage all integration settings in one place. You can now use a single configuration to set up multiple offices.
  • CMiC Contract Mapping (Closed Beta)— Teams using CMiC can now map CMiC contracts to Clearstory contracts, similar to the existing Procore contract mapping workflow.
  • COR Pricing Agent (Open Beta July 2, 2026)  — Build and refine COR details and line items through a chat interface powered by Clearstory's AI Agent. Describe the work in plain language, add supporting documents, and choose which suggested updates to apply before saving. Contact your CS rep to join the Beta program.
  • Procore Project Import (Closed Beta) — Create Clearstory projects by importing directly from Procore, similar to the existing HCSS project import workflow. Contact your CS rep to join the Beta program.

✨ Enhancements

  • Rates Settings Update — The Project and Account level Rates pages have been updated with a modernized interface. 
  • COR Log Performance Improvements — The COR Log now loads faster with backend performance optimizations.
  • COR Details Download Experience — Streamlined the download experience for CORs with markups from the details page.
  • Refreshed Interface Pages — The following pages have been updated with a modernized interface as part of Clearstory's ongoing Host-UI update:

    • Draft CORs
    • My Contractor Users

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Draft COR Log Due Date — Resolved an issue where the Change Notification due date was not populating to the COR in the Draft COR Log. Due dates now carry through as expected.
  • Change Notification Log Filters & Sorting — Fixed an issue where filters and sorting were not persisting when navigating between pages on the Sent and Received CN Logs. "Open in new tab" functionality has also been restored.
  • Days Aging Report Filter — Resolved an issue where the "Display CORs without Tags" filter was incorrectly excluding valid CORs, causing undercounts and empty results. The filter now correctly returns all CORs with no associated tags.
