June 2025 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of June.

Autodesk v2 Integration: Users can now push COR PDFs directly from Clearstory to Autodesk PCO line items, streamlining documentation and reducing manual steps.
Autodesk Integration: CORs can no longer be pushed to PCOs that have already been executed in Autodesk, helping maintain data integrity.
CMiC & Procore Integration – UI Update: We've refreshed the Integration hyperlink interface in the COR Log, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
CMiC – Log Sorting by PCI Number: The COR Log can now be sorted by the CMiC PCI number, making it easier to navigate and manage your change orders.
New “Notes” Field for User Management: Admins and Account Owners can now add internal notes for each user directly from the Manage Users page. These notes are included in exports, providing better visibility and tracking across your team.

Autodesk Search: Fixed an issue where searches for budget codes containing periods (".") in Autodesk were not returning correct results.
CMiC – Shared Log Export: Resolved a bug where the CSV/Excel export from the shared COR log failed to display the correct object value for the CMiC PCI.
Plangrid – Owner Account Mapping: Corrected a bug related to project-level mapping for Owner accounts in Plangrid to ensure accurate integrations.
Link Projects: Fixed an issue where the project dropdown on the Link Projects modal was filtering its results based on the page’s overall project filters. This dropdown will always show the list of projects available for linking, regardless of other filters on the page.

Bell Notifications: Resolved a bug where scrolling to the bottom of the bell notifications panel didn’t load older notifications. Older notifications will now load as expected when you scroll down.

Create Backcharge and Revise Uploaded Contractor COR: Fixed an issue where $0 CORs weren’t being recognized until users clicked into and then out of the COR Amount field.

Change Notification Log - Search Honors Filters: Previously, searches in the Change Notification Log ignored any applied filters. Now, search results respect all applied filters.
T&M Log Share Link Filters by Contract: Resolved a bug where the shared T&M Log link was failing to filter by contract.
Line Deletion in Bulk COR Upload Modal: Fixed a bug where users couldn’t delete individual lines from the Bulk Upload Change Order Request modal.
