June 2024 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of June

The mobile app now features a new T&M Tag landing page. From the landing page, users can preview PDFs of sent and received T&M Tags, view and send messages, and access other relevant actions based on the tag's status.
We've made enhancements to the Create Change Order Request form. These changes allow for faster updates when manipulating LMEO rate data and improved performance when attaching large numbers of T&M Tags to the Change Order.
We’ve enhanced our COR Log Export feature so that larger files can be exported. Users now initiate the export process and get notified once the download is complete.

Resolved an issue where mapping a HeavyJob job to Clearstory displayed jobs from multiple business units instead of the intended single business unit.
Fixed an issue where the contractor name in T&M Received Log PDF export incorrectly showed the customer name.

You can now view and send internal messages on T&M Tags in the mobile app.

CORs that are already linked to a Change Notification are no longer displayed as an option when a user attempts to link a COR to a Change Notification.
The COR Number column on the T&M Tags tab in Change Notifications now correctly displays the linked COR number.
Using the Bulk Edit tool in the COR Log, users can now successfully add an internal note to multiple CORs at once.
We’ve resolved an issue on our public API “Get Tags” where “signedAt” and “customerSignerName” fields were returning null after the tag was signed.

Fixed an issue where the contractor list on the My Contractor Page was limited to displaying only 50 contractors. Now, all contractors are visible on the page.
Resolved an issue where using special characters (e.g., `#`) in the COR Number field during bulk uploads caused the Finish button to become unresponsive.
Fixed an issue where saving a change notification as a draft inadvertently sent a notification email to internal team members. Now, no email is sent when saving the change notification as a draft.
Resolved a problem where users could not update CORs that were uploaded on behalf of a contractor who had not accepted the project invite. Users can now update the status of these CORs.
The SEND REMINDER button has been removed from the Details tab of the Sent Change Notification Details as it was causing confusion. This button is now only visible from the Status tab of the Sent Change Notification Details.
Fixed an issue where the activity feed incorrectly recorded a received COR as "used as a backcharge" when it was attached to an upstream COR.
Corrected the PDF export of the Received COR log to display the contractor's name instead of the customer's business name.
Fixed an issue where the 'Sent by' column in My Customer Users list incorrectly showed the name of the person who accepted the invite instead of the one who sent it.
Fixed an issue when creating a PCI in CMiC. This ensures the correct amount fields are included in CMiC when PCIs are created in Clearstory.
