Procore Project Import — Customers can create Clearstory projects by importing directly from Procore, extending the same streamlined workflow already available for HCSS.
CMiC Contract Mapping — Map CMiC contracts and vendors directly to Clearstory Contracts, reducing manual setup and keeping downstream data in sync.
Autodesk Contract Mapping — Map Autodesk contracts directly to Clearstory Contracts, extending the same mapping capability available for Procore and CMiC.
COR Pricing Agent (Open Beta) — Speed up COR creation right inside the Create Detailed COR form. Describe the work in plain language, attach supporting documents, and let the agent draft or refine your COR details and line items using your project rates. Ask questions, review recommended changes before they apply, or let the agent update the draft directly.
T&M Tag Agent (Open Beta) — Create clearer, more complete T&M Tags with less manual entry. Describe work by voice, text, uploaded paper tags, or non-English input, and the agent recommends tag details like title, description, line items, translations, and pricing based on your project rates.
Acumatica Integration (Closed Beta) — A new direct integration between Clearstory and Acumatica.
Bulk Archive & Restore Projects — Archive or restore multiple projects at once, with multi-select that persists across searching and filtering.

Full Project Allowance Log Access — The Allowance Log now loads all of your projects by default instead of requiring you to select one first, removing the previous 10-project limit. Standard full-page pagination makes it easy to scroll, with editable Project Name and Created By fields and a new collapsible summary component.
$0 Allowance Draws — Tag a Change Order Request to an allowance even when it has $0 available funding, letting teams track activity and costs while waiting for funding to be added. $0 usage is tracked on the COR PDF and edit views until funding is applied, and associations persist automatically once it arrives.
Days Aging Export Enhancements — Exports at the company level and in contractor insights now support PDF, XLSX, and CSV, with consistent formatting across XLSX and CSV. Files now include both a summary sheet and a detail sheet in a single download.
Add Allowance Draws Edit/Detail Enhancement — Adding allowances to CORs on the edit and detail pages now opens a modal showing dynamic received/sent remaining balances, with search and filtering to make finding the right allowance faster.
Archived Projects: New Columns — The Archived Projects tab now shows an "Archived On" and "Archived By" column.
Mobile COR Log Performance — The mobile COR Log now connects to the same high-performance backend as web, delivering faster load times and consistent data across platforms.
