  • We’ve launched Customer Insights, enabling you to access high-level summary reports on project data for CORs and T&M Tags sent to customers. The initial reports include COR Status Summary, T&M Tag Status Summary, Contract Summary, T&M Tag Labor Hour Summary, and COR Days Aging Report.

2024 07.26 Update

Enhancements ✨

  • We’ve enhanced the performance of our Analytics Dashboard and Days Aging pages. Users can expect a “snappier” user interface that responds and loads much faster than before.

Bug Fixes 🐛

  • We have fixed an issue where labels added to Received CORs were automatically removed when a contractor submitted a revision. Now, labels will remain on the COR  unless manually deleted.

2024 07.19 Update

Enhancements ✨

  • We’ve launched Customer Insights. Users are now able to see a high level summary of project data as it pertains to CORs and T&M Tags sent to their customer. The five initial reports include:
    • COR Status Summary
    • T&M Tag Status Summary
    • Contract Summary
    • T&M Tag Labor Hour Summary
    • COR Days Aging Report
  • Added a new confirmation screen when users successfully sign up on a mobile web browser. This screen confirms account activation and directs users to the mobile app or app store based on their app status. This change improves the onboarding experience by ensuring users know when their account is ready and guiding them on the next steps.
  • We have updated the Status dropdown in the CMiC / Clearstory integration to reflect the full description of the status.
  • We have reconfigured a portion of the HCSS integration to allow full functionality as expected for HeavyJob Desktop users.

Bug Fixes 🐛

  • Resolved an issue where the 'COR Number' in the Change Notification details displayed draft CORs. Now, only CORs that are submitted are shown.
  • Fixed a bug where Time Card items flagged as T&M did not pull into Clearstory until the time card was approved. This ensures that T&M items are correctly integrated from the HeavyJob desktop application to Clearstory without needing approval.
  • Enhanced the CMiC integration by showing both the status code and the status name in the status drop-down list. This helps users who rely on status names to correctly identify and set the status.
  • Improved the COR review annotations by ensuring that annotation controls (color, opacity, thickness) remain visible until the user clicks away. This enhancement applies to pen, rectangle, cloud, ellipse, free text, and callout tools.
  • Addressed an issue where the T&M Signature and Distribution List did not always populate correctly in the Signer modal. This fix ensures consistent rendering of the signers and distribution lists each time the modal is opened.

2024 07.12 Update

Enhancements ✨

  • We’ve changed our T&M Log Export feature so that larger files can be exported. Users now initiate the export process and get notified once the download is complete.
  • We’ve enhanced the performance of our Bulk Download COR as zip & Bulk Download T&M Tags as zip features allowing users to download a larger numbers of CORs or Tags more efficiently
  • Procore integration users can now view and assign CORs to Procore budget codes that contain custom segments.
  • Introduced a new origin_type query parameter to the Projects object in the Clearstory Web API. This parameter allows users to distinguish between projects created by account users and those created through invitations from external users.
