March 2026 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of March

2026.03 Update

New Features 🚀

Procore Contract Mapping Map Procore contracts to Clearstory contracts and have contract, budget, and vendor information automatically populate when pushing CORs to Change Events. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures consistency between systems.

Sage Intacct Construction Integration A new direct integration between Clearstory and Sage Intacct Construction allows teams to seamlessly sync CORs and key project data between systems.

Redesigned T&M Log The T&M Log has been completely rebuilt with significant performance improvements and new features, including a "Waiting On" column and new Waiting On and Signer filters to help teams quickly identify where T&M tags stand in the approval process.

Multi Domain Support Account Owners can now add multiple email domains to their account, ensuring that users with different business email URLs automatically join the correct account.

AI COR Reason Categories (Open Beta) Clearstory can now automatically categorize sent and received CORs using AI. Users can turn this feature on or off at the account level and fully customize their own reason categories to match their workflows.

Enhancements ✨

Historical and Project-Level Ball-In-Court Reporting New visual analytics allow users to analyze how responsibility for CORs shifts over time. Both project-level and portfolio-wide views show how long requests spend in each stakeholder's court, where delays occur, and what dollar value is tied up while awaiting action.

T&M Signature Workflows Teams can now configure multiple Signature Workflows with customizable signing order, giving greater flexibility and control over T&M tag approvals.

Self-Join Projects Account Owners can now enable a "Search and Join Projects" role permission that allows specific user roles to discover and join projects within their office without being manually added. Eligible users can find projects they are not yet members of, join them directly, and begin working immediately.
