• AI Bulk Import for COR Logs (Beta): Users with AI enabled on their account and project can now upload COR logs for in-flight projects and use AI to automatically parse PDF files and suggest data mappings. Users review and confirm mappings before Clearstory populates the COR table, reducing manual data entry during onboarding.

• AI Governance Settings: Companies can now control AI usage at both the account and project level. Account Owners can enable or disable AI for the entire account. When AI is enabled at the account level, Project Managers, Admins, or Account Owners with access to a project can enable or disable AI for individual projects. AI features can only be used on a project when AI is enabled at both the account and project levels.

• Bulk Allocate CORs to an Allowance: Quickly organize existing change orders by assigning them to their relevant Allowance. Instead of assigning CORs one by one, users can select multiple Sent or Received CORs and allocate them to a single allowance in just a few clicks directly from the Allowance Log or Allowances page. This is especially valuable on complex projects with many allowances and CORs, reducing manual effort, preventing errors, and keeping allowance usage accurate and easy to track.
