Once you have submitted a revision to a COR or you have received a revision to a COR you can go back and view older versions. If you need to learn how to submit a revision to a COR check out this article here.
- Navigate to your COR Log.
- Find the COR line item you wish to view.
- In the Action column, click on the "More" link and then select "View Versions".
- Once on this page, you will see a list of all the previously submitted versions of that COR. In the Action column, you can view all the old PDFs of the COR by clicking the "View" icon.
Columns on the Versions page
Each row shows one version of the COR, oldest to newest. The date columns are:
- Date Created (on Sent CORs only) — the day that version was created in Clearstory. This is the record-keeping date, not the submission date.
- Date Submitted — the day that specific version was sent. On the original COR this matches the COR log's Date Submitted; on revisions it's the date that revision was sent.
