Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of August.
2025.08.14 Update
Enhancements ✨
- "Ball in Court" Added to Sent COR Log: The Ball in Court column is now visible on the Sent COR Log, empowering users to view, sort, and filter based on which company currently owns the next action. This improves accountability and helps teams prioritize their follow-ups more efficiently.
- Allowance Usability Improvements: Several updates have been made to improve the Allowances experience:
-
Users are now clearly informed about how allowances are shared across the system.
-
The import process for allowances has been enhanced for better reliability and performance.
-
The +Create COR button now functions as expected when working with allowances.
-
- CMiC Integration Enablement: Users can now enable CMiC integrations directly within the app, including setting configuration options. This streamlines setup and provides more flexibility without requiring backend support.
-
Add More Signers to T&M Tags: Customer signers now have the ability to add additional signers to a T&M Tag. This enhancement is especially helpful for General Contractors who want the owner’s representative to review certain tags. Instead of automatically sending the signature request to the owner’s rep immediately after the trade submits the tag, the GC can now add the rep at the right time, ensuring timely and intentional notification.
- Comments Now Visible on Tag PDF: When a T&M Tag is marked as Revise & Resubmit or Rejected, any accompanying comments will now be included directly on the PDF. This change enhances visibility, helping users quickly understand the feedback without needing to dig through the activity feed.
Bug Fixes 🐞
- Autodesk PCO Integration Defects Resolved: A variety of internal bugs affecting the Autodesk PCO / Clearstory Change Notification integration have been resolved. These fixes aim to improve data syncing and reliability across platforms.
