April 2024 Release Notes

Here is an overview of enhancements and bug fixes to the Clearstory platform for the month of April

Users can now see a high level overview of all their Change Notifications for a project. Allowing them to quickly see all contractors' responses and identify those that are overdue
Import HCSS HeavyJob projects directly into Clearstory.
Users can now markup CORs with Callout and Text annotations.
Users can now push the Labor, Material, Equipment, and Other line items from a COR to separate PCI items in CMiC

Users can now attach a PDF file to Change Order Requests originally uploaded without a file
We will now auto-assign the next PCI number from CMiC when users create a new PCI in Clearstory

The Time Card’s last revised date has been added to the Time Card T&M Items log
Users can see their email, role, and company name in the profile menu

Contractor Insights CN Response Matrix is now available! Users can now see a high-level overview of all their Change Notifications for a project. Allowing them to quickly see all contractors' responses and identify those that are overdue.
Contractor Insight Enhancement: Users can now email a PDF version of a project's Contract Snapshot to contractors’ Account Owners, Admins, and Project Managers on the project.
Cost Codes are now available on our T&M Tag public API. This allows developers from other companies to access cost code values from Clearstory T&M Tags and develop their solutions with Clearstory data.

Improved loading speed of T&M Tag PDF preview.
Resolved an issue where Tags started on the mobile app but sent on the web app were able to be resent for signature after they were already signed.

Users can now markup CORs with Callout and Text annotations.
The My Contractor Users table now displays the number of contractor invites sent, accepted, rejected, and pending.
Import HCSS HeavyJob projects directly into Clearstory.
Users can opt out of being automatically CC’d on all COR and T&M Tags that their company sends out on the mobile app.

A border is displayed around the Text annotation when the PDF is viewed on Adobe Acrobat.
Changing the border color of a Text annotation changes the color of the entire annotation when viewed in Bluebeam.

Users now have the ability to view downloaded PDFs of Backcharges and CORs uploaded on behalf of contractors who haven't accepted their project invitations.
