September 2025 Release Notes

Mobile App T&M Manage Signers: You can now manage signers on received T&M Tags awaiting signature in the mobile app. This lets you add, remove, or change signers between optional and required to ensure the right people are included in the review.
Internal Allowance: You now have the ability for Users to create Allowances that are not visible externally from your company. You can now assign Internal Allowance draws to CORs and view a unique Internal Allowance log that is separate from Customer and Contractor Allowance logs.
Create Allowances With The Same Name: You can now create Allowances with the same name as long as they are allocated to a different project, contractor, or Allowance type.

Link Change Notifications to Autodesk PCOs: You can now link a Change Notification to an Autodesk PCO and automatically pull in all associated files. Files can be viewed, uploaded, or deleted directly from Clearstory.
Push and Link CORs to Autodesk PCOs: Received CORs tied to a Change Notification can now be linked to or pushed into the associated Autodesk PCO.
Create or Link PCOs from Clearstory: Select an existing Autodesk PCO or create a new one directly when creating a Change Notification. Key fields like reference number, title, and description are auto-populated and remain linked, even for drafts.
Editable Company Name When Signing: When signing a T&M Tag, you can now edit your company name to make sure it’s displayed correctly on the PDF.
Request to Join Your Company When Signing Up: When you sign up with a generic domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @outlook.com) or a new business domain , Clearstory will check if your company already exists and suggest a match. You can request to join that company, and its admins will be notified to approve or reject your request. While waiting for approval, you’ll see a holding screen with the option to create your own company if needed.
