April 2025 Release Notes

Users can now create a new project and invite team members directly from the mobile app when creating a T&M Tag. This helps users get started right away, while also giving their office team immediate visibility into the tags being created.
In Clearstory, users can now update PCO cost items which were created in Autodesk.
Users can now push CORs into Autodesk via our “SubTotal” push. This unlocks the integration for speciality contractors.
Autodesk scopes will now prepopulate in the PCO Detail dropdown if they have been determined in the PCO creation. This reduces clicks in the Autodesk integration.

We fixed a bug around duplicate items being created in the Time Card T&M Log for the HCSS integration.
We fixed a bug around revisions specially for uploaded CORs for the Autodesk integration.
We fixed a bug around the COR Log export for the Autodesk integration.
We made an update around the HCSS sync frequency which will allow the integration to be more stable when Time Cards are syncing from HCSS to Clearstory.

Fixed an issue where the Review & Sign page didn’t notify users when a T&M Tag had been deleted.
The Percent Complete field now prevents values over 100% and gives clearer feedback when limits are hit.
Fixed a bug that prevented PMs from removing pending company user invites.
Draft COR log filters now work as expected.
